Mission

Interlake Employment Services (IES) provides individuals living with developmental, learning or psychological disabilities the skills and support necessary to make a meaningful contribution in today's workforce.

IES is an employment resource connecting employer personnel needs with people who can do the job. We support employees and their employers in achieving mutually beneficial employment partnerships.

Interlake Employment Services is a division of the Association for Community Living - Interlake Branch Inc., a non-profit organization that provides individualized employment services to adults with developmental disabilities.
