Employment & Training Services (ETS) offers services to help people prepare for, find and keep employment.   ETS supports labour market development activities that link individual needs with opportunities in the workforce.  

ETS delivers employment services through partnerships with community, industry and employer groups.  Sixteen ETS Centres operate in Manitoba that offer a wide range of employment courses.
