The Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation is a buyer, processor and marketer of premium quality freshwater fish, harvested from over 400 lakes in Manitoba , Saskatchewan , the Northwest Territories and Northwestern Ontario .  

Our State of the art, highly automated processing plant employs up to 390 people during our peak production periods.   The Corporation buys 35 to 50 million round equivalent pounds of fish annually.
